Chrysler transmissions have their problems, but if you maintain them regularly (with the correct ATF+4 and filter), they are actually not that bad. This was the same transmission filter that I would have purchased from my dealer, but at half of the price. Life is good!

Without Gasket which is totally useless. It fells down & does not fit properly. It was X-mas day & I try to change oil. Once I opened the box it was without Gasket & even does not fit at all. So TOTALLY TRASH.
