1/4/2024 NOT as described! I have contacted seller TWICE. It does not come close to fitting a 2018 Explorer as listed and described. Seller wants me to keep something I can’t use, explaining it would be costly for ME to pay shipping. Seller offered refund of $6 of the purchase price, $25.16. That’s nice little profit for an item I suspect they already knew didn’t fit this vehicle. The first response from seller asked for the VIN# of my vehicle. Listed as eligible for return until Jan 28, 2024.

My review was NOT retaliatory. It was honest. I have now received two additional emails from allnewauto. One offering $10 compensation and me keep parts that do NOT fit, or I can return the parts for a full refund but apparently the shipping is on my dime. Second stated, “We are so sorry, our goods fails to meet your satisfaction. Now, we are willing to give you $15 refund as compensation,” to change negative review to positive. NOT a chance! Parts didn’t fit! Avoid this, or similar, sellers!
