The day I received open the box & item was damaged so I put in a return same day. The seller accused me of the damaged. Went bk & 4th over 4days just to return . Then ask me was I a good buyer . Do not buy used parts from this seller they make it extremely hard for returns if u receive damaged. Very hard to work with . Also the ups driver himself said why wud they send with signature address to receive a used part not value at $50 when he deliver thousands dollar items with no signature.

We do not work Friday night, Saturday and Sunday, this is why you received our response message on Monday. The part was returned and fully refunded within a good time frame. Signature on delivery required because too many packages are stolen, we protect our customers from this problem.
