Genuine is better!
Where I live you don't have many options on parts for a Nissan. The original are very expensive and the replacement (china) are cheap but very low quality. The strut mount is a very stressed part. It is much better to spend more initially in a quality part than spend later having to redo the job. Not to mention the additional risk of an accident or damage to other suspension parts.
