I ordered a new radiator and got this. I'd say it's used but what do you think? They disagree. Rust filled bolt holes, bent fins, and dirty. One side of the box was taped, the other was factory sealed. My client needed their car ASAP so I had to use it and give them a sizable discount. ChasinParts will NOT give me a partial refund. My feedback says 100%. What does theirs say? I contacted them to try to resolve before leaving negative fb but they give zero. Best price, worst service. Go figure.

Seller couldn't answer a simple question I asked about the item. I decided to take a chance and buy the item. The item shipped quickly and arrived fast, but was NOT unopened as advertised. I also received one of what I expected to be a pair of bushings. The listing should have stated that there was only one part being sold. I ordered another part, but from a different seller, and it was actually a couple of dollars cheaper for the exact same part and brand. I won't buy from Parts Geek again!!
