Item is as described, fits and works great so far. However, it nearly didn't make it to me. The package came in a plastic bag that was torn open with the item halfway hanging out of it. Clearly it was shoved into a bag that wasn't large enough to hold it so something had to give. Also, the package was delayed due to the shipping label being damaged. I suggest updating your shipping practices to avoid future problems like these.
