    Great replacement

    I bought this module to replace a Dorman that the previous owner had installed. That one had a few issues with the knobs and fan button working correctly despite being fairly new. This one works perfectly, like factory fresh. Knobs and buttons all have the correct feel. Cosmetically mine looked perfect. Install 5 minutes, just plug and play. The decision to buy this part over a Chinese reman at the parts store should be a no-brainer.

    Works, but needed cleaning before installation

    We ordered this to replace the climate control unit in a 2004 Yukon. The reason we were replacing ours, is because the temperature adjustment dials were all over the place! The replacement unit, had the same issue. I was able to use contact cleaner and make the buttons function correctly. This is not a dig on the seller, but more of an issue with the age of the product.

    I will live it.

    Screen is scratched & 2 bottom buttons do not light up. I had it installed and cost 225.00 so I really don’t want to change it and get charged again.
