i decided to buy this lighter beacuse in the description said it was complete!! the box and instructions, but when it arrived it only came with the bottom part of the box and ripped, when i asked the seller regarding the matter he only say that he lost it and was not big deal and told me if i buy the lighter for the box or the lighter, and i told that the whole reason to buy it was that it says it was complete!! this seller got bad reviews for the same reason; he lie to their customers!!!

tell the truth in your feedback. I told you the lid went missing the instructions were in the box. the bottom was torn to begin with. You were buying an engraved Lighter Not a box. And you could always return it if your not happy
