Great seller, really appreciate their professionalism, communication and fast shipping of the five tier shelves. When there was a question or I needed something they took care of it immediately. Now as far as the shelf itself. I sent a picture and you get three sets of poles. To put together all five shelves. You would have to have four sets of poles. Hello, I received the second part of the shipment yesterday, but unfortunately was damaged in shipping. I’ve enclosed a couple of pictures showing the damage. The damage caused one of the drawer arms of the the bottom drawer to bend slightly so it won’t come out, but think I may be able to salvage it.
I can either attempt to repair the damage and keep it with a sizable discount, or pack it back up and send back to you for a refund. You let me know what’s convenient for you. Thanks
