Item as described. I had to make a minor modification to o enlarge the center hole by about 1/8 inch to fit the steering column., but no big deal. The original hole was 3/4 inch and I drilled out to 7/8. Everything else went smooth after I made that modification.

The installation instructions could and should be more detailed and clear. I made a couple of assumptions that turned out to be incorrect and had to spend time redoing my work. I was missing the chrome horn button in the package, but after a couple of notifications back and forth and the missing horn button was sent out fairly quickly. They were very responsive to my request.
