Tried telling the seller that they sent me the wrong size for my 2015 Audi A3, insisted that I was "installing them on the wrong side" when I sent clear pictures showing they were too long. Seller would not let me return them and get a refund after I asked multiple times. Had to open a case with eBay to get it resolved and it ended in my favor. Terrible seller. Would not do business with again.

The product itself is good. The merchant, meh… they don’t seem to understand how to correctly set up a product for sale. They enable offers, but when they receive an offer, a reasonable offer, even just a few dollars under the listed price, they reject it. They said it was automatically rejected, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. After selling the product at list price they list it again at a price lower than the offer they just rejected. Terrible experience. Contacting them didn’t help.
