Seller delayed shipping the item Seller then provided a false tracking number which showed that they shipped item to themselves after a 10 day wait. Finally received the item and one of the 2 pieces were damaged . Seller then blamed the shipping company despite the box not being damaged. Finally he offered to send parts only. In the end the seller offers a 10$ refund despite buyer having sent 2 close ups of the damaged parts.

The client simply rotates an unclear photo and resends it. Regarding the compensation of $10, we just hope the customer can send clearer pictures so that we can judge the damaged parts, and then we can decide to reissue some parts or replace them all. But buyers were uncooperative. Secondly the goods are indeed damaged during transportation. As a seller of cross-border trade, it is very stupid and money-losing behavior to send damaged goods to customer and then reissue them. We no reason do this
