Terrible customer service. The chain purchased looks NOTHING like the pics. The color on pics was changed to look more realistic. The color chain received wasn’t even remotely close to the pics. Total junk. Customer service wants me to pay to have it returned which is not fair when they misrepresented the product. Reading through their feedback now it seems like most people just deal with it which is not acceptable. If they give you bad service, call them out on it in the feedback. Bad service!

DONT BUY DONT BUY DONT BUT FROM THIS SELLER Talking to seller is like talking to wall item came with the text half off the key chain. Was offered 20%. When I said I want a replacement was told that they only have what I got and not what I expected aka they are all miss printed and look like garbage and this seller is just going to carry on selling them. I’ll fix it my self not worth even taking a 2 dollar refund. And I’m not the type to leave negative feedback but man this seller is horrible.
