Conscientious seller, no problems with the transaction, however (1) of the (2) items (item arrived in 2 boxes) had been returned before and the box had significant damage with holes in it and the old shipping label was partially removed. In box #2, there was a candy wrapper inside which was strange. I think box #1 should have been listed as an "Open Box" item, but the the entire kit was so deeply discounted ($2800 off) that I can't complain. Had I paid full price I may have had an issue.

    good directions and quality...fit a little off

    I consider myself good at following directions and relatively handy, and have installed many of these on my vehicles in the past. That said, this one was a bit unusual in the installation compared to others which I have had to drill holes for, manually space away from the hood edge, fit and re-fit, and even use double-sided tape on the hood surface itself. The directions are the most confusing part of this deflector, while a bit unclear as they only have pictures with no writing. Once I figured out how this was meant to mount, the directions made sense and the rest was smooth sailing. I did have to shift this left-to-right a few times because the deflector itself would contact the hood on one side of the grill if totally centered. But, with no holes drilled, it was a matter of ...

    The bug shield vibrates horribly

    The bug shield vibrates horribly at 65 - 80 mph. This shield doesn't have a small lip the folds under the hood. The frontal force of the wind as you drive goes under the bug shield and the top and causes the thing to vibrate. For an OEM bug deflector this is a total fail. Not worth it. Will possibly trash it as it's not worth giving it for free to any one. Total waste of money.

    I like this shield because it covers the entire front of the hood including over the headlights. Others just cover the center. The instructions are drawings with no written directions. Another reviewer mentioned that there are youtube videos I found one for a 2017 caravan that was 9:31 long. It was worth watching. Installed very easily and looks good.
