Part showed up in a box with no packaging so as you guessed it was broken, it also told about 2 weeks to receive. The good was the seller responded quickly to the broken lamp and had me return it for a full refund and that went smoothly but left me looking for another tail lamp after messing around for 3 weeks with this one. The price was awesome just wish they would have put some bubble wrap around it.

Ordered 6:30 pm 2/24. Immediately asked if it was GPS antenna, if not I need to cancel the order. Got message he did not know. 2/25 7:54am sent message to cancel order before you ship. Got message I had to go through eBay . Why? I figured save everybody’s time and effort. So I said no problem I’ll just return it. I decided not to return it (it was gps). There was no packaging just dumped in a box and mailed.
I just feel customer service could have been much better!
