The item came brand new and in good condition the package wasn't damaged nor was the part damaged in any way form of fashion. It looks exactly the way it did in the picture on eBay. Got here just a little bit late but it wasn't past the date that it said it would be so I'm pleased. I have it installed the equipment yet so I don't know if everything works but from the looks of it it looks like it should. I would definitely buy from this buyer again.

When I ordered the light kit Conversion Kit it showed up with no documentation. I contacted the seller who said they did not have documentation to provide. They did say they would try and "find" docs. They did proactively reach back out to tell me there was no document for the kit. They did offer a partial refund or the opportunity to ship back for full credit. They provided me an RMA and shipping label free of cost. Good customer service and I am satisfied.
