The reason for my negative feedback is due to my ordering a part on a Friday and unable to upgrade shipping because it said parts shipped usps priority. Would have been 3 days max. I was ok with that. Part was sent fed ex ground. We are on day 8 since shipped and the part is still minimum 2 days out. My car is broke down and i expect the shipper to ship it how they advertised it when I bought it. They just wanted to save money. They need to contact the buyer if they plan to ship differently.
