Item as described and pictured. Shipping was prompt. The only issue I have is it didn't come with instructions. While the install is pretty straight forward, someone who is not very savvy figuring things out, could break something or mess-up the install. There are instructions online for the OEM Ford version which works, there are also uTube videos.
