Seller is inactive won't accept offers or even try to negotiate a fair price for himself he ignored the first one completely and declined the second with no response or intend to counter up the price. He has the make offer option but won't take offers then why have that option available to buyers it's pathetic. However I ended up purchasing it either way and no hesitation in shipping it out fast after paying his asking price.

In total we ordered over $700- (23 balustrades) from this company. The product is good but their customer service is excruciatingly bad. When you send them a question or notify them that they shipped the wrong item, their response is "its a pity we don't fully understand your meaning" OR "Once you return, i will send the correct one for you." (when they actually received notice that I returned the item. A very frustrating experience dealing with them!
