Cheating seller! Not truthful at all. They initially accepted my offer and had me wait for the shipment update. I waited for more than a week, and then they informed me that UPS lost the package. However, when I checked the UPS tracking number they provided, the weight is only 1 lb. A file cabinet weighing only 1 lb? Are they kidding me? The UPS tracking number is: 1ZAC98180350250407. I hope all other buyers are careful with this seller.

Hello, I understand the confusion on this and will help explain. We ship using 3rd party software (stamps) and they don't always load the correct tracking weight/dimensions into the system. This info is updated once the package is scanned, weighed and measured by UPS and then they invoice the account for the accurate weight if there is a discrepancy. This has caused confusion in the past and we are working with Stamps to help resolve this API solution.
