I have been in contact with the seller since I received this part on November 4th. This seller is asking all types of questions and telling me to get lubricants for the transfer case that they did not previously mention. I have asked several times to return because it is defective but the seller keeps advising otherwise. At this point I am frustrated and wish to exchange or return the item. I can provide all correspondence with the seller. I will not recommend this seller ever! Bad business
