As I told you in a messages, I’m so sorry that happened! We always rolling up the fenders for shipping, but it never damaged. You can warm it up with the hair dryer and then unbend, it will work. You can just return it if you unsatisfied, negative feedback is absolutely not necessary, especially when i offered you to solve this problem.
