Shipped right away and arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Seller was responsive to my questions. Well protected in the shipping carton. While the outer cardboard was damaged, the bumper was well protected with foam wrapping and a heavy plastic bag. The bumper comes with the red fog light grilles (not my preference), but the hardware includes a set of black grills (my favorite). Great experience with this seller and liking the product and its pricing!
