Jeep JK OEM floor mats. Picture of item show 3 floor mats, two front and one for the rear. The written description does say front floor mats but easy to overlook. They need to update the picture to show what it actually is. Shipping time was not even close to what it said. I will say that the sellers communication was very polite and professional responding to my frustrations. Because of that I still need to give them a positive experience.

They claim to be a franchised Mopar and GM dealership. It took 14 days to get my order. Come to find out my part came from a Mopar dealership about 4 hrs away from me. Part is new Mopar and as described, But why did it take 10 days before shipping? I did ask them, very quick resopnse and polite. Their excuse was they usually wait 7-10 day to ship.WTF/ No explanation for this policy.
