The first time the part was shipped was on FedEx and they said they needed a form 5106, which we apparently filled out incorrectly, but the seller re-shipped it with DHL and the package arrived right away without using a form 5106. The part is good quality, the packaging was very good and the communication between the seller and me worked out. I appreciate the seller's patience with me. Thank you.

Parts arrived quickly and fit well their was lots of loose parts in package that could easily fall out of a damaged parcel maybe internal packaging could be better but overall I’m happy with seller
