Fit a 2011 XC90 perfectly, no issues at all. Heat shield even went on exactly correct, almost couldn’t believe how well this fit. Superb value. Tip: you must remove the plastic “valve cover” off the metal valve cover to get clearance to remove the heat shield through the top and then pull the manifolds through the top sideways. I unbolted both and let them sit down below to have enough room to maneuver each one through and the same for install. Factory manual does not list this method.
