Item came in a better condition than described. I expected a few wear and tear dents, but it had one light scratch on the chassis. Keys, screen, everything looked pretty mint aside light usage. Item was well packaged to ensure no damage in transit would occur and used a reputable shipper (NOT YOU, USPS!) Seller didn't notice it was missing the HDD caddy, but that's not a deal breaker, as it was described as is. He responded quickly to verify the information, so honest mistake, no harm done.
