Some trimming required on oil pan gasket but not terribly off, same with valve cover gasket. Quality looks OK, Probably not as good as felpro but with the price of these vs the felpro/sealed power 260-1025 which has more than doubled in price. I feel these are now the way to go. And shipping time was Fast!
