Because eBay denies any ability other than positive feedback until 7 days after. I’m not happy with the rear bumper due to the way of shipping, it arrived in a box deformed both sides way bent/folded towards the center of the bumper and taped to fit the box this damages the bumper currently I’m hoping that it can be salvaged since I personally don’t see stress cracks in the rear bumper. New parts are supposed to be new and ready to prep for paint especially if supposedly primed and ready 2 paint
