Bought a set of 4 hubcaps for a 1972 VW beetle. Two of them arrived with defects (rusty dents and stains). Seller´s response was that since the hubcaps are made in Mexico, defects are common. They however, do not warn buyers about these defects and do not have a description telling so. Double checking is something Im not quite sure they do before shipping. Option of returning item was on the table but not profesional from seller knowing about defects and dont say anything to buyer.

Hi, we offered a prepaid return label so that you could get a full refund and we did not say that defects are common, nor did we blame the country of origin for any defects and we really don't appreciate your mischaracterization. You are still welcome return the items if you want a refund and there was no need to threaten us with negative feedback unless you really just wanted to force us, so that you could keep the hubcaps for free...
