Item was assembled wrong from factory, 2nd one received like this from same brand, SMP, from different sellers, months apart. SMP needs a QC update. Seller promptly issued a RA and refund once item was received. A++ seller rating.
Hole is drilled on wrong side, once screws are installed, switch is unusable.
