Helpful on details and asked the right questions which assured me they are knowledgeable. Came earlier than anticipated so that was a plus as well. Hasn't been installed yet but can give an update when done. Only - was the way it was packaged. Box was torn wide open and could use a bit better protection. Other than that I'd purchase here again.
