Fast professional service and customer support. Carrier. Not so much. Carrier delivered package and then basically left leaving it out in plain site while failing to apply simple common courtesy of ringing my door bell. About 27 minutes after it was delivered I
stepped out my door to find nothing. At that point I had no idea it had been delivered until I rechecked the tracking status. I then reported incident to ldt-automotive. This was the first such incident since 1999. ldt-auto reshipped it!
