They don’t respond to messages and aren’t helpful with the shipping return. Authorities need sender and receiver IDs, but the seller ignores my messages, causing customs delays. How can a company mess up an expensive order and not follow up? After over 10 years on eBay, I'm shocked to find such a seller.
