Positively presenting an item to a customer increases the likelihood of repeated business even if its a small trim piece, an armrest, or an entire engine assembly. Seller may think shipping the part as-is condition is fast/efficient for them, which is understandable if they have a large inventory, however, it gives the customer the impression that seller is lazy. A simple wipe down is effortless
