After purchasing this item, I got the notice that the item was being shipped, I looked at it and it had the wrong address (it was still set at the placed I stayed in last winter in Florida). I sent a message to the seller hoping and praying that the item was still not shipped. He responded almost immediately he's going try to retrieve the item, change the address and re-ship it, AND HE WAS SUCCESSFUL. Who does that? This guy, that's who. Very positive experience and very appreciative. Thx.

Received part promptly and part was packaged well. The window switch from wholstand worked perfectly with no problems as described. I should have tried to reprogram existing switch first to see if it would correct the problem of not operating all passenger windows before purchasing another switch. I would purchase from them again in the future.
