Holidays and weather were likely factors but, oddly, other items purchased/shipped via USPS during the same period were received in 3 4 days. Overall, not a good experience, but can't fault the seller.

No more belt slipping off!
Fixed Voyager belt coming off on rainy days. Bought new tensioner and belt from parts store but did not fix. Also tried a variety of designs making splash shields (failed). If your belt is falling off in the rain....... just buy the Gates Kit and save your time and money.

Does the job just as needed.
Had so much trouble with the belt being thrown from our Dodge Caravan when it rained. We were told to order a belt kit. Ordered the Gates belt kit and a friend put it on and he ran it through puddles and the belt stayed on!!!!! Have had no trouble since when it rains! Way to go! Would order from them again and would recommend this product for others having the same problem.
