Item was advertised and priced as “refurbished.” However, the refurbishment process actually created issues that had to be corrected (my time and expense) before the product was functional. Seller blamed everything but their product and, to date, had made no offer to do the right thing. End result: I paid extra for a “refurbished” product only to pay more to fix the fault caused by the refurbishment.
