Great transaction! It is OEM, exactly as described, this is what would come if ordered with the vehicle from the manufacturer, and sold at a comparable price. For some reason, my new Sorento was ordered without the cargo mat/seat back protector, the dealer said it would be at least a month before they could get them in.
