Product box arrived quickly but was ripped open at the bottom. Not sure if I lost any hardware but it seemed to have a lot!!! Instructions weren’t to bad but could use a little more detail and which hardware goes where. A few minor scratches due to shipping. All in all I am pleased with the product. I give it a 4 out 5 stars due to the previous items mentioned. Plan several hrs for install especially if you have a trailer hitch. Lastly getting the fender flare end caps to line up was hard.

Was a great price fast shipping. Unfortunately didn't fit my bar as I think someone had already put an after market sissy bar on my bike. But they offered a $ 15.00 rebate and me keep luggage rack. I didn't want to do that. As I just wanted to get a sissy bar with back rest and luggage rack complete. So they gave a full refund and told me to just keep the rack as it was to much of a Hassel to do the return shipping and restocking for them. That is super great service as far as I am concerned.
