Holidays and weather were likely factors but, oddly, other items purchased/shipped via USPS during the same period were received in 3 4 days. Overall, not a good experience, but can't fault the seller.

    Easy install, but no extra o-rings in the kit.

    Don't lose any of the tiny parts. Somehow I ended up one o-ring short and got lucky I had one in my garage that fit. Air shocks work great. Easy install.
