    Works as it should Mostly plastic, not metal Seems kinda cheap, but works I don't know if it would deter as thieves too much ?? Almost same as original non locking cap , but doesn't have the capability to put on the thither (sp?) cord so after unlocking the cap, you must find a place to put the cap when filling with gas.
