My order was made during the holidays so I know it was held up because of that reason. I can't find seller at fault. Item appears to be brand new because control knobs still have protective covering on them but box was rather worn which at first concerned me. Price was great. Shipping was very fast once the holidays were over with. I'm happy with purchase.
