Completely worthless
I was under the mistaken impression that this was an inline fan with a motor. As it turns out, it's literally just two fan blades connected by a shaft in the middle. There is no motor and the fans themselves don't even spin freely. It is literally an $18 restriction that you're supposed to insert into your air intake. There is no possible way that this could be a gas saver. You might as well put duct tape across half of your air filter.
