I ordered the TPMS tool and it showed up later than expected and was broken. I reached out to the company and they were in constant communication with me and were apologizing for the delay on my product. They offered different solutions but I said I could wait for the product to show up. Then when it did arrive and was damaged in transit the company immediately offered a replacement or refund that speaks volume’s on making sure the customer is satisfied with their products. I will order more.
