Machined internal transmission automotive part packaged poorly for the weight of the item and was exposed through box upon arrival. Edge was dented and damaged in transit. Seller approved replacement or refund. Communication lagged for a period of days and issuing of refund was delayed but ultimately given. Would recommend better packaging by this seller in the future and more timely communications.
