Shipping time was reasonable. Product was as described. The negatives I have are not related to cartrixx but of quality of product, quality control and shipper. The box was torn up and a little bit of powder coating was scuffed/scraped. I received two boxes: one for roll bar and one for cage with install/ build instructions for roll bar in both boxes but no instructions for cage. A few of the welds do not allow for proper fit and will need to be ground down (welds had excessive puddling).

They completely misrepresented what they are selling. They told me that someone in their media department made the mistake, and they were sorry. There were also parts missing from what they did send. They led me on for a few days stating they would send what I expected when I made the purchase. I was glad to not have to re-box this bulky heavy item for a return. I needed the piece they sent but it was useless without the actual roll bar. They only sent the top rack. DONT BUY HERE
