Shipping time was reasonable. Product was as described. The negatives I have are not related to cartrixx but of quality of product, quality control and shipper. The box was torn up and a little bit of powder coating was scuffed/scraped. I received two boxes: one for roll bar and one for cage with install/ build instructions for roll bar in both boxes but no instructions for cage. A few of the welds do not allow for proper fit and will need to be ground down (welds had excessive puddling).
