Item did not work after constantly going back and forth with the seller, I had to have ebay step in to refund me my cost for the item, but the the seller is responsible for refunding me for the shipping costs which I still have not received the item was sent back September 19 and it is now October 15 and still no refund from the seller. As stated in the seller's description for the item if any returns are sent back they would repay the return the shipping cost. Do not buy from this seller

Dont buy any items/parts from this scammer. You wont get your parts complete as advertised & wont get them either on time ... When I bought the parts, seller was registered in California, after changed the listing as registered seller in China.Complete discrepancy .... Horrible customer service, poor communication ...I specifically purchased here the lights for $25 over vs others in china asking 'cause was posted as California seller but he's not!!! It's been almost 2 months since then ....
