So I placed an order on March 4th for a wheel. I need the wheel, it's not for a project but my wife's everyday driver. Several days later, I am contacted by the seller about a "problem". Zero description so I message back curious about what is going on. He says the wheel is missing the center cap and offered a $10 refund on a $20 center cap. I took the refund and at this point am just trying to get the wheel I purchased shipped 4 days after I paid for it. A week later I received the wrong wheel.
